Mr. Solek also said Don Jazzy played keyboard for some time for his group called Solek Crew before he finally moved on.
Asked whether a misunderstanding made Don Jazzy leave, he revealed it was mainly because he wanted to do hip hop and KAS had already taken him to JJC. He however admitted there was a little misunderstanding.
“After we fell out, some people came to plead that I take him back, he came back and I don’t know what happened again. He went on hip-hop, he did a beat for me in 2006 for a song with Ruggedman.
“Then he was with D’banj because at that point we were still communicating. I think he believed he had arrived, the relationship just stopped… I can’t force myself on anybody, not that we are fighting.”
Mr. Solek says his new album features M’ocheda and Deebee. He also says he has a single where he featured Sauce Kid
